Translates performance gaps into actionable recommendations by applying OEE diagnostics, capacity analysis, productivity assessments, and industrial engineering principles across Sigma operations globally.

Key Responsibilities
Integral Efficiency Tracking & Communication — Owns the general efficiency monitoring framework, translating benchmarking and operational data into actionable insights. Ensures visibility of performance gaps, value realization, productivity improvement opportunities, and operational constraints across regions.
Manufacturing Benchmarking & Operational Diagnostics — Leverages internal and external benchmarking to identify performance gaps and validate opportunities through OEE analysis, capacity assessments, bottleneck identification, productivity evaluations, and manufacturing diagnostics.




Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management — Synthesizes complex operational analyses into concise recommendations for Operations Leadership, Regional Management, and ExCom stakeholders. Builds credibility and alignment across both plant and executive environments.
Strategic Problem Solving — Applies structured thinking and analytical rigor to evaluate operational trade-offs, capacity constraints, scheduling impacts, and portfolio complexity. Converts findings into prioritized initiatives with measurable business impact.
Plant Engagement & Influence — Partners with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, Supervisors, and frontline personnel to validate opportunities and drive implementation through influence, collaboration, and technical expertise.
Multi-Workstream Leadership — Manages multiple concurrent initiatives across benchmarking, operational excellence, performance reviews, and strategic improvement programs, ensuring sustainable value delivery.
