The Wiring Harness Engineering Specialist for the Warranty Acceleration Team (WAT) is responsible for rapidly identifying, investigating, and resolving customer warranty issues affecting electrical distribution systems across North Americ
a.This position will lead technical investigations from initial warranty claim analysis through Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Interim Corrective Action (ICA), and Permanent Corrective Action (PCA) implementation. The successful candidate will work directly with assembly plants, supplier manufacturing locations, quality organizations, field engineers, and product development teams to accelerate issue resolution and improve customer satisfactio
n.The role requires a highly motivated engineer capable of working independently in fast-paced environments while driving cross-functional teams toward timely corrective action
