**Scope and Responsibilities**
- Guarantee the compliance with production and delivery plans, according with the Quality System specifications and quality standards to guarantee compliance with specifications.
- Administration of all the labor resources to obtain the maximum efficiency in the Business Unit processes.
- Control process variables in order to prevent deviation of the characteristics which adversely affect product quality.
- Establish and Maintain the process guidelines in order to standardize the components manufacturing process.
- Ensure the correct control and registration of all operations within the business unit.
- Maintain the correct coordination and communication between production, quality, materials and the customer for the improvement of the component processes.
- Collaborate in the development of new products and / or components.
- Manage operations of a Just-in-Time Program.
- Participate and coordinate the development of internal audits of compliance with the standard.




- Implement the process of continual improvement and optimization of current processes as well as quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
**Key Selection Criteria**
- Bachelor's degree or extensive documented experience and some university level studies. (Metallurgical, Industrial or Process Engineering).
- Handle matters in another language with people not affiliated with the Company. Produce reports and memos in English.
- Practical requirements of the position imply the need to have the equivalent of 5 years of experience. (metalmechanical industry) (general processes) (quality system management) (supply chain).
