In Mexico, we are seeking a General Manager to lead an operation.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and oversee the operations team, including HR, maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain, production, sales, and finance.
Manage and optimize plant operations to meet customer demands and ensure 24/7 functionality.
Drive excellence in operational performance, including continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Strengthen adherence to industry standards and certifications for pharmaceutical supply.
Collaborate with general stakeholders to align strategies and drive local decision-making.
Lead the plant through upgrades and expansion projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Navigate challenges such as those posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and supply chain disruptions.
Foster a culture of teamwork,

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a leadership role within manufacturing operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
Strong understanding of plant operations, supply chain management, and financial principles
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on approach with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to understand global strategies while making local decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
