**Position**:
Equipment Maintenance Technician
Arrow Electronics is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Guadalajara! This position will work the first shift (Monday-Saturday 6:00am-2:00pm).
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse and production center equipment.
- Follow maintenance requirements with external vendors according to the preventive maintenance calendar, or corrective as needed.
- Understands the basic safety principles of all pieces of equipment.
- Takes direction from supervisor in terms of prioritization. Escalates issues beyond scope of expertise.
- Able to deal with all levels of staff, including verbal interactions with peer technicians, production operators, warehouse associates, crew leads and supervisors, technician supervisors.
- Able to complete basic problem-solving tasks. May perform basic facility maintenance tasks as required.
**What You'll Need**
- 6 months - 1 year of related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English
- Must be proactive and able to work independently
- Prior experience in the electronics industry highly preferred

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$15,275.00 - $18,482.75 MXN Monthly
