**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SharePoint solutions.
- Integrate Microsoft Graph, Adaptive Cards, and MS Teams functionalities into SharePoint solutions to foster seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain custom web parts, page layouts, and templates to meet specific project requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to SharePoint development, Microsoft Graph, Adaptive Cards, and MS Teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development,



with a strong understanding of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Graph API, Adaptive Cards, and MS Teams development.
- Solid experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
