Responsibilities:
- Provide sound and timely support related to HR topics to business stakeholders from talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee retention, performance management, talent development, organization development, employee relations, etc., to make sure the business targets could be delivered from people perspective.
- Build up bench strength of leadership team and improve competency of the team
- Participate in annual Business Planning, and make division level’s strategic planning
- Ensure all the HR daily operations fully in line with HR policies/practices, compliance requirements, local laws and regulations
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree and above, major in HR/ Psychology or related is preferred
- Over 8 years of professional experience with at least 3 years of similar role in a corporate environment
- Experience in the manufacturing environment with over hundreds of employees is preferred
- Experience of new site/facility/factory set-up is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, general, matrixed organization
- Ability to establish strong relationship & build trust with people at all levels
- Service and team focused with an ability to collaborate across regions
- Strong communication, change management and ability to influence others
**Salary**: $1,000,000.00 - $1,500,000.00 per year
