The Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the established standards are performed consistently.
What will I do?
Constantly review customer requirements and ensure that they are met.
Follow up on the planning of programs for the implementation and monitoring of the various courses that support the achievement of the Forbes, Triple A, among others.
Verify the establishment of service sequences, procedures, standards, best practices and quality specifications of the brand.
Work with various departments to ensure compliance with standards.
Record and communicate customer satisfaction metrics and support with action plans.
Various administrative tasks.
