A leading multinational company is seeking a
Senior Operational Risk Specialist
to join its team.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong experience in
Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Controls, and Internal Audit
. The adecuado candidate will have a strategic, business partnering mindset and the ability to work closely with business leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while strengthening the organization's control environment and corporate governance.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in
Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Audit, or Internal Controls
.
- Experience within the
insurance, financial services, banking, healthcare
, or
consulting
industries (Big Four experience is highly preferred).




- Proven experience facilitating risk assessments and partnering with business stakeholders to enhance risk management practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate operational and enterprise risk assessments across the organization.
- Maintain and enhance risk and control matrices (RCMs).
- Monitor mitigation plans and identify emerging risks.
- Execute risk-based audits and follow up on the implementation of corrective action plans.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for Audit and Risk Committees.
- Serve as a trusted Business Partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a strong risk management and internal control culture throughout the organization.
