The
Director of Operations,
reporting to the General Manager, will develop and execute the operational strategy that supports the manufacturing growth for the Torreon Manufacturing facilities new product roadmap, and overall requirements of the business unit. In close partnership with the cross functional teams, this leader will increase operational excellence,



improve manufacturing processes, and play an integral role in driving continuous improvement in a high-growth environment

Reporting to this Director will be Group Manager Manufacturing, Sr Manager Maintenance & Facilities, Sr Manager Continuous Improvement and Sr Project Leader Operations.

Scope
- 2 sites
- 2,500 employees + growth

We Are Looking For a Leader Who
- Has built/scale operations (not just maintained them)
- Can operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Has led multi-site manufacturing environments
- Is comfortable influencing globally while executing locally.

This is NOT a purely strategic or corporate role. The leader is expected to be deeply involved in the Operation, site performance, and operational decision-making.
