who is ready to move into a regional leadership role.

Your Mission

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Latin America by developing new customers, expanding strategic accounts, strengthening distributor relationships and working closely with the European headquarters.

This is a highly visible role combining strategic planning with hands-on business development in one of the most attractive industrial sectors.





What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities across Latin America.
- Build long-term relationships with key industrial customers.
- Develop and manage a regional distributor network.
- Promote high-value process and capital equipment solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with European technical and commercial teams.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and customer visits.
- Build a sustainable commercial pipeline to support long-term regional growth.

We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
- Current role as Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Channel Manager or similar.
- Experience selling
Process Equipment, Capital Equipment or Industrial Equipment
.
- Exposure to Pharmaceutical, Food Processing, Specialty Chemicals or Industrial Manufactu
