We are expanding our presence in Mexico and looking for a local business development professional to build customer relationships and grow our market presence.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager based in Mexico to develop and expand our pharmaceutical glass packaging business in the Mexican market.

As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare companies, and driving long-term market growth.

This role requires strong B2B sales experience, market development capabilities, and the ability to independently manage customer relationships in the pharmaceutical or industrial sectors.

You will work closely with our headquarters team in China to develop market strategies,



support customer projects, and achieve regional sales objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development & Sales Growth

· Develop and execute business development strategies for the Mexican pharmaceutical glass packaging market.

· Identify potential customers, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, contract manufacturers (CDMOs), distributors, and healthcare companies.

· Generate new business opportunities through market research, industry networking, trade shows, and other B2B channels.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

· Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth in Mexico.

Customer Relationship Management

· Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer qualification, commercial discussions, quotation, negotiation, and contract development.
