Technical Support Representative – Data Center (Querétaro, MX)

We are looking for IT professionals with hands-on experience supporting enterprise server hardware in Data Center environments.

Location:
Querétaro, Mexico (100% On-site)

Employment Type:
Permanent Contractor

Compensation:
Approximately USD $16/hour (No benefits)

Required Experience:
- Data Center operations and support.
- Troubleshooting enterprise servers (Supermicro, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Oracle, etc.).
- Hardware replacement: RAM, SSD/HDD, CPU, PSU, NICs, and other components.
- Linux troubleshooting and log analysis.
- RAID, BIOS, firmware updates, and diagnostics.
- Rack & Stack activities.
- Experience working with tickets, SLAs, and critical environments.




- Advanced English (written and conversational).

Nice to Have:
- Experience with NVIDIA or AMD GPUs.
- Familiarity with AI/HPC servers.
- Knowledge of IPMI, Redfish, dmidecode, dmesg, journalctl, and lspci.
- Experience in mission-critical Data Centers.
