Role Description
The Marketing BD Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This position focuses on supporting business development and marketing initiatives for the firm, including coordinating client-facing activities, assisting with submissions,



pitch and proposals preparation, and maintaining marketing materials and databases.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, client-focused materials and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in market research to gather, synthesize, and present information on clients, industries, and competitors.
- Proficiency in proposal writing, including organizing information, tailoring content, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Customer service skills to support internal stakeholders and external clients with responsiveness and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, law or a related field.
- Prior experience in professional services or legal industry marketing and business development is an advantage.
