We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Demand Generation Manager in Mexico City to join our team We are seeking someone curious, relationship-oriented, self-motivated, and excited to help build a new market from the ground up.

You will support Loadsmart’s entry into the Latin American market by combining sales, marketing,



and relationship-building. You’ll generate qualified opportunities, localize marketing efforts, and act as the bridge between our U.S. teams and LATAM’s relationship-driven logistics landscape.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Own the demand-generation strategy end-to-end, setting direction and executing against pipeline and growth targets.
- Build and manage the full-funnel demand-gen engine, tracking performance and iterating based on data and results.
- Work hands-on across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and PR & media relations, directing execution in partnership with dedicated US-based channel counterparts.
- Adapt and produce content articles, decks, email sequences, sales materials, and web pages, localizing from English to Portuguese for the Brazilian market.
- Partner with the Mexico SaaS Sales team to build the go-to-market execution
