Role Description
The Especialista en ESG is a contract role responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental, social, and governance strategies for client organizations.



This hybrid position is based in Miguel Hidalgo, CMX, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include assessing ESG risks and opportunities, analyzing data and indicators, preparing reports aligned with international standards, and supporting clients in setting measurable sustainability goals. The specialist works closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate ESG considerations into core business strategies, contributes to stakeholder engagement and materiality analyses, and supports communication of ESG performance through dashboards, presentations, and disclosures. The role also involves staying current on regulatory trends, ESG frameworks, and best practices to ensure that client recommendations are up-to-date and actionable.
