For this reason we require 3 steps to apply.
1. Complete the short questionnaire about your interest and work environment.(should take less than 8 minutes to complete).
2. Complete a questionnaire that helps us evaluate your strengths (3-5 minutes). It is important you complete this assessment in your native language.
**Experience Requirement**
- Bachelors or greater in Accountancy
- 4+ years managing A/R and A/P
- 2+ years experience with Quickbooks
- Knowledge of forecasting and budgeting
- Experience with setting up internal controls
- Knowledge of U.S. Tax code and depreciation of equipment.
- Inventory management (preferred, not required).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and buildings reporting tools
**Duties of Position**
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Manage company A/R and A/P
- Review client account statements for errors
- Forecast revenue on a quarterly basis
- Support with strategic planning
- Process Company Payroll
- Oversee collections of past due balances
