Build Lead Fluids and Mechanical Engineer
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS - Consolidate opportunity studies (scope, costs and schedule) - Ensures the optimization of the specifications by challenging and consolidating the needs. - Is responsible for the feasibility study (description, costs and planning): organizes, consolidates internal or external deliverables. - Organize, pilot and control the activities of his team throughout the project. - Reports to the Domain Manager and the Project Manager. - Write the consultation files. Research, select and select service providers for the studies and construction phases. - Deliver a Basic Design file (detailed design): - Follows, validates and receives outsourced services - Is the guarantor of the follow-up of evolutions by instructing the requests for modifications. - Transmits an estimate and a consolidated schedule, an updated risk analysis.



- Pilot the construction of the buildings and utilities in the respect of its commitments costs, delay, quality: - Ensures compliance with site safety rules. - Ensures the quality of the works carried out, the schedule and the budget. - Pilot the contracts of the Companies in collaboration with the purchases. - Ensures compliance of infrastructures for process teams. - Manages Customer modifications and External Company complaints. - Ensures the organization of the procedures for commissioning and the reception of works and equipment. - Draws up the end-of-case report, presents the end-of-project analysis and capitalizes on the transaction. Archive all documents. - Ensures continuous progress in its business (technical specifications, tools and calculation notes).
