Monthly programming of external equipment calibration, MSA's, master units.
- Initial escalation process in case the metrics are not being met in the production lines
/Indicators are out of specification: Master, MSA, external equipment calibrations, software’s, ecos.
- Sending information every third day of internal and external calibration equipment, which are monthly and for the entire plant
- Be on the lookout for client audits and review of documents requested under standard 17025.
- Alert about equipment close to expiration in external and internal calibration.
- Perform and follow up on Purchasing order and purchasing.
- Carry out and monitor external calibration quotes and equipment purchases.
- Tracking purchase orders.
- Carry out dimensional measurements of equipment or raw materials requested by production line personnel.




- Request quotes from external suppliers for the purchase of new equipment and improve costs in external calibrations.
- Make output orders for external equipment.
