Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Analyst
to join our team. In this role, you will assist with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business operations and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare reports, identify trends, and provide insights that contribute to improving business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Assist in conducting business, operational, financial, or market analysis.
- Support process improvement initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and fulfill reporting requirements.




- Perform ad hoc analysis and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Present findings and insights to team members and management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, finance, operations, or a related field (internships and recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop analytical and business skills.
