Role Description
Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. Lead audit processes and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 standard.
- Plan, coordinate,



and follow up on internal, external, and certification audits.
- Handle audits conducted by customers, certification bodies, and social responsibility audits.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, update, and control the Quality Management System documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present results to management.
- Coordinate the management of nonconformities, root cause analyses, and action plans.
- Train staff on topics related to quality, procedures, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements applicable to the business.
