This role is responsible for delivering accurate financial information, supporting business decisions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and partnering with operations to improve financial performance and profitability.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the monthly financial closing process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Analyze monthly financial performance and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for plant management and corporate leadership.
- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational KPIs.
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.
- Perform profitability, cost, and operational performance analysis.
- Develop and improve financial reporting tools, dashboards, and controlling processes.




- Provide financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, financial reporting standards, and internal control procedures.
- Support both internal and external audit activities.
- Coordinate capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, approval workflow, and budget tracking.
- Review inventory valuation and investigate inventory discrepancies identified during cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Analyze standard costing, Bills of Materials (BOM), production routings, and manufacturing cost variances.
- Monitor obsolete and slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Review provisions, accruals, amortizations, and depreciation entries.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
