Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Strategy to play a critical role in shaping and driving strategic growth across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. This leader will partner closely with the Division President and senior leadership team to define, translate, and execute enterprise and regional priorities, while also overseeing Sales Excellence, commercial analytics, and performance management for the North LAC region.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise & Regional Strategy
- Develop and oversee the Division’s long-term strategic roadmap, aligned with enterprise priorities and regional growth ambitions.
- Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning processes, including market prioritization, portfolio strategy, and resource allocation.
- Translate strategy into clear objectives, KPIs, and execution frameworks to drive accountability and results.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Division
