We're looking for a Business Finance Manager to help us better understand our business through financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

This is not a traditional accounting or bookkeeping position. Instead, you'll work closely with the owners to turn financial data into practical insights that support better business decisions. Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor company performance against budgets and identify trends.
- Analyze profitability, expenses,



and operational performance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and present clear insights to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
- Support business planning by providing financial recommendations and scenario analysis.

KPI Reporting & Business Performance
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards.
- Track performance across departments including Sales, Project Management, Operations, Maintenance, and Administration.
- Help leadership measure progress toward company goals.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements based on business data.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with our Financial Manager and bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial information.
