Role Description
This full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role at Cesmarq is based in Santa Rosa de Jáuregui, QUE. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Daily activities include managing social media platforms, coordinating content and posting schedules, monitoring web analytics, and adjusting campaigns based on performance data. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, preparing campaign reports, and staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices. The specialist will communicate campaign results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of Cesmarq’s online presence.

Qualifications




- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and manage effective campaigns across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing strategy and Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present clear, concise updates and reports.
- Relevant experience with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and basic SEO/SEM techniques is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or related role and a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred.
