**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
**Experience Required**:
Previous working experience as IT coordinator for five years
**Skills**:
Excellent knowledge of technical management, problems and information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
Ticket system, Office 365, Cloud services azure, Reporting Services Power BI, Networks, C # Programming, PHP, SQL Databases, Reporters, Servers, Voip, ITIL. Cobit, Scripting, process automation, virtualization, DRP, Shoop floor systems.
Personnel management.
Necessary experience working with MS Project.
**Activities and Responsibilities**
Continuous improvement in the processes, all the departments and the company in general.
Maintain optimal performance of information systems throughout the organization.
Point of contact with the external service provider to measure performance and respect the SLA.




Ensuring compliance with the ITIL process is streamlined and work with the MSP on that.
Maintain asset inventory, ensure support renewal is active.
Implement new process required to support Operational Technology (Floor)
Proactively manage infrastructure for maximum capacity, performance, and availability
Present and manage projects related to infrastructure
Present and manage projects related to ERP and Business Systems
**COMPENSATION**:
Monthly salary: $45,000
Monthly bonus $900
