We are a tight-knit community of call center representatives working from home. We generate sales for the most recognized American Insurance Companies. This is a lead generation position idóneo for someone who does not settle for a fixed income and does not get discouraged easily but finds motivation within himself.
**WHAT WE DO**:
Outbound Calls, we call clients who previously went online and requested quotes for auto insurance. Our job is to verify some information to ensure they qualify for insurance and generate interest to get a new quote, and then we transfer them to an insurance agent.
We are early birds! We start the day at 6:30 with group stand-up meetings to start the day setting goals and a winner mindset, so get your pj’s ready.

This is a commissions-only position, you’ll get paid per verified transfer, and we will provide an approximate daily commissions report.
**Requirements**:
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:
Goal-oriented personality
Advanced English skills
Computer skills
Previous Call Center Experience ( at least 6 months in Lead Generation )
A quiet environment to work from home
Availability to work a minimum of 7 hours a day
Access to a reliable internet connection of 30+ Megas. *Ping under 30ms.
8GB RAM computer with USB headset
Ethernet connection to the modem
