**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and construct new facilities or modify existing ones to meet production needs.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for facility construction and renovation projects.
- Coordinate construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment and facility-related issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum Job Qualifications**:
- Minimum number of 2-4 years of experience in facilities field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering. Previous experience in facilities management or engineering within a manufacturing environment.




**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of building systems and infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental compliance, and building codes applicable to manufacturing facilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory agencies.
**EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate’s Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business related or technical field preferred (or equivalent of education and experience)
- Master’s Degree **Insert required work-related certifications.
