**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**
This role is responsible of executing the end to end external recruitment process for differente level open positions for the US market aligned with the local requirements while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed.
**Your Impact**
As TA Jr Analyst your functions would consist of
- Exectue end to end external recruitment process:
- Facilitation of Hiring Manager Intake Meeting to align the process.
- Triger external posting.
- Collect post interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed.
- Create the Offer Letter Detailed Form) and send it to the corresponding team to generate the offer letter. Obtaining approvals if necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers,

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachlor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Proven work experience as a talent sourcer or similar role, with experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
