You will supervise the activities of a group of employees to keep equipment, machinery and automation in optimal condition. Ensures maximum operating capacity and life, to contribute to increasing the company's productivity. Efficiently manages the company's resources, ensuring the goals established for the maintenance department.
**JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinates/supervises any preventive/corrective maintenance of assigned equipment, Electromechanical, Automatic Insertion, and Automation.
- Develops new projects or necessary modifications for manufacturing processes, integrating pneumatic, electrical, control and programming systems.
- Documents all modifications and developments of automation, as well as machinery and equipment.
- Develops and publishes reports of relevant information for management.
- Works with manufacturing to achieve and maintain the highest possible Yields, certifying that the equipment meets and/or exceeds established performance.
- Works with Design and Manufacturing Engineering functions specifying the design criteria for new equipment.
- Works together with the Automation department, providing added value to the design, integration and validation stages of automations.
- Ensures that the entire team is in accordance with the company's standards in performance,



safety and takes the necessary actions if they do not comply.
- Ensures compliance with goals defined by the company for machinery and equipment through OEE, Downtime and Operation Costs.
- Develops preventive maintenance booklets for the machinery and equipment that exists in productive operations.
- Ensures compliance with the preventive maintenance plan defined for machinery and equipment, managing the established CMMS.
- Define and manage optimal spare parts levels in toolcrib.
- Maintains a history of equipment performance and modifications.
- Makes modifications to equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provides technical support to equipment users. Maintains and updates the schedule of necessary equipment modifications.
**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in the area.
- Ability to read and understand engineering diagrams/drawings
- Ability to develop a new project according to time and budget. Intermediate English communication skills
