**Job Description Summary**: Esta posición se encargará de mantener el proceso de termoformado en óptimas condiciones y mantener la operación corriendo consistentemente con los níveles de calidad requeridos.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, biomedical engineering, or an appropriate engineering
discipline.
- 6 years of experience in manufacturing environments
desired.
- Timely execution of special projects as required by plant management.
- Process engineering preferably, in labor standards, methods, workplace layouts and material flow.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas, and focus individuals and teams to drive projects to completion on
time and on budget.
- Experience in manufacturing processes including hand assembly and automated assembly
technologies preferably.
- Ability to communicate (written and oral) effectively with management, technical and operation




personnel.
- Trained and experienced in implementing Lean. Demonstrated implementation of standardized
- Develops Project Plans, has some review points to drive execution. Allocates resources across
most competing priorities. Successfully executes most projects.
- Influencing change to qualification procedures; advanced statistical techniques (non-normal); ability
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis and can manage most crises. Can define Problem

- Ability to communicate well, both orally and written in English
