Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Intern role based in the Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area. The intern will support daily IT operations, including monitoring systems, assisting with hardware and software setup, and helping maintain network infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues for internal users, escalating complex problems, and documenting solutions and procedures.



The intern will assist with basic network security tasks under supervision, help manage user accounts and access, and provide responsive customer service to ensure continuous, reliable technology support. This role offers hands-on experience in IT within a professional consulting environment, with opportunities to learn from experienced team members.
