About the Position

A confidential U.S. company is expanding its technology team and is looking for a
NetSuite Platform Specialist
to support the ongoing evolution of its ERP environment. This role combines platform administration, process improvement, and technical problem-solving to help business teams operate more efficiently.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver enhancements, improve workflows, and ensure NetSuite continues to meet the company's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administration and performance of the NetSuite platform.
- Configure workflows, SuiteScripts, custom records, and other platform enhancements.
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, and saved searches.
- Investigate and resolve advanced application issues while supporting end users.




- Manage integrations with third-party platforms and maintain data integrity.
- Contribute to ERP optimization initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- Document configurations, procedures, and technical changes.

Required Background
- Experience administering NetSuite in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization.
- Understanding of accounting workflows and ERP best practices.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and business system integrations.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to prioritize work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.

Preferred Experience
- Avalara AvaTax, Stripe, Ramp, or Salesforce.
- Business intelligence or enterprise reporting tools.
- Experience supporting ERP transformation or automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI productivity platforms, including ChatGPT or Claude.
