Lead Cloud Ops Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a
Lead Cloud Ops Software Engineer
to join our Cloud Operations team. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will be responsible for the ongoing design and development of our deployment automation and tenant management platform, software installations and configuration, continuous systems analysis, technical customer support, and systems administration for SaaS server technologies operating in a multi-cloud environment.

Working under the direction of the
Manager or Technical Lead, Cloud Operations
, you will help build scalable cloud platforms, drive deployment automation, support production environments, and mentor engineers while collaborating closely with Product Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full-stack design and implementation of the Tenant Manager platform, including tenant deployment workflows and infrastructure configuration management.




- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in software development and cloud deployment best practices.
- Design and develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Snowflake while executing customer tenant migrations in Analytics and Insights.
- Manage and optimize AWS-based EKS Kubernetes clusters and workloads using Argo CD, Flux, and Helm.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to define specifications and build scalable, reliable automation and delivery platforms.
- Operate and maintain production orchestration routines.
- Complete periodic application software, infrastructure updates, and software version upgrades.
- Support product development teams with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), providing deployment templates and standardized patterns to ensure scalable, reliable deployments.
