Automotive Technical Support Jr. Analyst
will provide comprehensive technical assistance to the dealer network and aftersales teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions for mechanical and electrical issues. This role involves delivering online and onsite training, supporting product testing before market launch, and analyzing failure cases to improve aftersales service efficiency.
