Dispatcher – Time Critical Logistics

Location: Mexico (Remote)

Employment Type: Full Time

Anticipated Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM + Saturday or Sunday each week. Every third weekend off. All times in Pacific time zone.

What You’ll Do

As a Dispatcher, you’ll coordinate critical shipments from pickup through delivery while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational execution.

Responsibilities include:

* Dispatch and monitor time critical shipments across multiple markets.

* Communicate proactively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.





* Track deliveries and quickly resolve delays or service disruptions.

* Coordinate driver assignments to maximize service levels and efficiency.

* Ensure customer SOPs and shipment requirements are followed on every order.

* Document shipment updates accurately within company systems.

* Escalate operational issues when necessary and help drive timely resolution.

* Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational performance and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer operations experience.

* Native or bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

* Calm under pressure with excellent problem solving abilities.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Comfortable learning and working within multiple technology platforms
