Property Accountant (Remote | Latin America)

We're looking for a hands-on Property Accountant who enjoys keeping the books accurate, organized, and up to date. This isn't a strategy or leadership role—it's about doing the day-to-day accounting that helps a property management company operate with confidence.

If you're someone who takes pride in clean reconciliations, accurate records, and a smooth month-end close, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do
- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Complete bank, escrow, and account reconciliations
- Reconcile rent rolls, security deposits, and collections
- Maintain accurate records across multiple entities and LLCs
- Support month-end close with timely and accurate reporting
- Identify discrepancies and help improve accounting processes

What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Professional English and Spanish communication skills




- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Solid understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
- A detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to accuracy

Nice to Have
- Property management or real estate accounting experience
- Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar software
- Experience working remotely for a U.S. or international company
