**Job Position: Bookkeeper - Latam**
**Location**:Remote (EST Timezone)
**Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
- Utilize bank feed integrations and other QBO integrations for efficient book maintenance
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records
- Provide support in other financial operations tasks as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience using QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of utilizing bank feed integrations and other QBO integrations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
**Nice-to-Haves**:
- Experience in bookkeeping for brick-and-mortar businesses using POS systems such as Toast, Square, Mindbody, Clover, or Lightspeed
