**MPA Supervisor**
**Job purpose**:
Material Control, Maintained MO Material Preparation, Organizational building to ensure things are fully implemented, Quality management to ensure zero occurrence, 6 'S, Staff management to ensure compliance with KPIs
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, LAE, or similar careers.
- 3 years of experience in Materials Preparations Supervisor
- 70 % of English language
- Management of ISO 14001, Cycle counts rate, 6’ S, M360
- Unit Plan and execute KPIs.
- Arrange personnel work and do task allocation and management (Target achieve)
- Communicate and coordinate cross-function work. Ensure team functioning well
- Management of audits




- Develop training materials and give personnel training
- Assist to deal with the abnormalities of daily, to maintain smooth online production
- Project implementation
- Optimize process to reduce work time and improve efficiency and Quality Management.

Sueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mes
Horario:
- Diurno
- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
