**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage a team of mechanical design engineers and manufacturing engineers
Oversee the design and development of industrial equipment
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with other departments to support production and product improvement initiatives
Mentor and develop engineering team members
Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and practices
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial equipment design
Proficiency in GD&T; and SolidWorks
Experience managing engineering teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
