**The role**:
As an IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure at Critical Manufacturing at our office in Tijuana, Mexico and as part of our General IT Team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a strong technical background and is passionate about managing enterprise-level systems and networks.
**What you will do**:
- Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services




- Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide technical support to employees
**Requirements**:
**What you must have**:
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with networking technologies (Firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell, Bash)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English skills - spoken and written
**What we consider a plus (not mandatory)**:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
- IT certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
