**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced **HR-O&I; Manager** to be part of the Region HR team that will make Ferrero even more extraordinary.
In this position you will be responsible of managing the Region HR projects and assure the implementations of Group and Area initiatives at local level from the perspective of Human Resources. Also, this role is responsible of organizational design, change management plan, specific OD interventions as well as guarantees the deployment of methodologies and tools from the Human Resources function.
