**About the Role**
As an Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in nurturing existing partnerships while forging new connections through strategic business development. Your focus will be on fostering relationships with our clients, guiding them strategically to achieve their goals, and innovating sales strategies to drive Uber's success. Additionally, you'll ensure seamless account management across operations, merchandising, and our partner catalog team.
- You'll take the lead in managing commercial relationships with our Grocery merchants, conducting regular Business Reviews on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to meet business targets effectively.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams like catalog and operations, you'll ensure top-notch consumer experiences and strive for operational excellence.




- Analyzing data to identify pain points and devise strategic plans will be a key aspect of your role.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Account Management.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, quantify, and capitalize on opportunities, driven by data insights.
- Effective presentation and selling skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce and SQL is a plus.
