As an Implementation Specialist, your main responsibility is to support the implementation ofsoftware for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs andrequirements, and then configure and customize systems to meet those needs.
**Your key responsibilities may include**:
- Collaborating with clients to identify their specific business requirements and designing acustomized implementation plan.
- Providing training and support to clients on how to use Sage Intacct and NetSuiteeffectively.
- Ensuring project timelines and budgets are met and that deliverables are of high quality.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the software.
- Staying up to date with the latest features and enhancements of Sage Intacct and NetSuite
- Communicating project progress and updates to clients and internal teams.
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:
- An understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Knowledge of programming languages and techniques, such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, andothers.
- Project management skills
- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end-user
