About the job
The P2P Solutions Specialist reports to the P2P Process solutions Manager, and delivers value though daily P2P operations and continuous improvement projects. The person in this role will become an expert in the OneBuy (Coupa) system, helping the IOPC answer questions, elevating problems accordingly, updating training, and always looking for ways to improve the user experience for our clients (Danone Employees). The P2P solutions specialist will work on projects with Cycles & Procurement, Tax, Treasury and Master Data, to ensure we are identifying gaps, doing root cause analysis and ultimately creating efficiencies for the company. Additionally, the P2P solutions specialist will work with Danone employees of different departments, to stress test ideas and receive feedback on processes or projects before ther are implemented, likewise the P2P solution specialist will be involved in P2P KPI analysis focused on root causes.
About you
**4-5 years of experience in the position**:
Support the deployment of General DBS P2P strategy, policies and business rules Support a strong collaboration between DBS, C&P; and IT teams Escalate issues to P2P process and solutions owner when appropriate Work with C&P; (Cycles and Procurement), the IOPC,



as well as other business services teams and Danone users, to resolve service issues, identify root causes and implement permanent solutions Develop understanding of, and reinforce P2P policies and guidelines BPO (business process owner) for Onebuy User Management, approving user access/modification requests
Bachelor's degree in Administration or similar
