Variable Compensation Analyst

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager, Variable Compensation, this role provides support to sales teams in all business units. This role is based in Waterloo, Canada. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a broad understanding of sales compensation plans.



The role will provide operational support and analysis regarding sales compensation calculations, facilitating acquisitions/divestitures, and implementing process improvement and be a primary interface between variable compensation and the sales teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring compensation calculations are understood, communicated, and practiced. In addition, includes being responsible for continuous sales comp process improvement initiatives centered around sales comp actuals and AE at the Centre initiatives.

A critical success in this role will be the ability to provide efficient support to the sales organization, and, to communicate and work collaboratively with other groups across the integral OpenText organization.You are great at:
- providing guidance to other VC Analysts regarding best practices, prioritization and professional growth.
