Role Description

The Director of Operations is a full-time position based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role is responsible for leading the company's end-to-end operations, including supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, customer service, and operational planning. The Director of Operations ensures that all operational functions run efficiently while supporting MESO's commitment to quality, sustainability, and exceptional customer experience.

This position develops and implements scalable operational processes,



establishes key performance indicators (KPIs), manages budgets, and collaborates closely with merchandising, sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams to support the company's continued growth.

The Director of Operations also leads continuous improvement initiatives, strengthens vendor and manufacturing relationships, oversees domestic and international logistics, and ensures products are delivered accurately, on time, and at the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day operational activities across supply chain, inventory, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, procurement, and customer service.

Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

Manage domestic and international logistics, including ocean freight, air freight, customs coordination, import/export documentation, and final-mile delivery.
