Responsibilities

Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)

- ServiceNow
Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM)
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with strong focus on CMDB and ITSM.
- Proven experience in CMDB governance, cleanup, reconciliation, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow CMDB architecture.
- Experience with CMDB integrations, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data ingestion processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and improve CMDB data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
- Perform CMDB cleanup activities,



including identification and remediation of duplicates, orphaned records, stale data, and relationship inconsistencies.
- Support ongoing CMDB health monitoring and governance initiatives.
- Configure and maintain CMDB structures in alignment with ServiceNow CSDM standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot CMDB data ingestion, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration-related issues.
- Support CMDB integrations with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and asset management solutions.
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Management, and Application teams to ensure accurate configuration item (CI) lifecycle management.
- Assist with enhancements and support activities within the ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor CMDB quality and operational effectiveness.
