Seeking a manager with outstanding people skills to assist with recruiting, HR, scheduling, escalated client calls, administrative support and day to day needs of the organization and general management of the team. Someone who can review difficult situations, assess what is needed and come to leadership with potential solutions.
This is a relaxed /non corporate environment. You will need to be professional on the phone with vendors and clients, while able to comfortably work in your pajamas at home.

You need relevant experience working with" the public "and to be quick witted and versátil when working with upset clients or staff. Our CRM system is mostly automated so you are generally needed for routine office tasks and also when something goes wrong.

Starting Salary: $2,800–$5,000 pesos per week, up to $9,000 pesos per week when you prove to be amazing at the job.

It would be great if you have experience and that may start your wage a bit higher,



but we are willing to train the right person if not fully trained in management field. If you do not have management experience yet, please explain in 2 paragraphs what makes you a great candidate for us to invest time with.

There will be an email screening with questions and a test. After the test is passed, there will be an interview in Spanish and also another interview in English.
