Role Overview

We are seeking a
Process Mining & RPA Business Analyst
to identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities across key business functions (Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.). You will analyze process data, partner with business teams, and lead the delivery of end-to-end RPA solutions from discovery to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Discovery & Analysis:
Use process mining tools and run business workshops to map current ("As-Is") workflows, spot bottlenecks, and quantify ROI.
- Documentation & Design:
Write core RPA deliverables, including Process Definition Documents (PDDs), SOPs, and user stories for technical teams.
- Testing & Launch:
Design test plans, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deliver user training, and provide post-launch
Hypercare
support.




- Data Storytelling:
Analyze data patterns and build visual dashboards to present process insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Automation & Mining:
Strong understanding of RPA concepts, process mining techniques, and the automation lifecycle.
- Documentation:
Proven experience writing PDDs, SOPs, and user stories.
- Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze process data, map complex workflows, and track performance metrics.
- Communication:
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical concepts into simple language.
